Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen is ready for Halloween; all dressed up in warm Autumn colours and elaborately decorated with 20.000 pumpkins as well as bales of straw, spiders, scarecrows and lots of magical creatures. The famous Danish theme park has once again prepared for the scariest Halloween experience so far…
Halloween is a fairly new tradition in Scandinavia, but in Tivoli in Copenhagen, usually a place for pink cotton candy, colourful and nostalgic carousels and pretty young children, the celebration of Halloween turns the amusement park in to everything but a sweet fun fair! There’s now established a yearly celebration with monsters, vampires, zombies and werewolfs taking over the place as soon as the sun has gone down.
This year’s event includes a Halloween Parade, Best Costume Award, The Witches Circus and Party, Dracula -the Musical and Pumpkin Music. The fun ends at the 28th October. Book your ticket for a Frightfully Scary Halloween at tivoli.dk
