LuckyBoySunday is a brand of modern luxury knitted art toys and soft furnishings for the home, inspired by an artistic take on the world of children. Founded in 2007 by Camilla Koerschen and Camilla Ebdrup, two highly creative textile designers with backgrounds in fashion and art. The new collection is inspired by soft light and the design duo has experimented with colours, and rather successful that is we have to say. Dundelina is the Norwegian children’s brand known for basing the collections around quirky little stories. If you haven’t experienced the designer clothes first hand, you wouldn’t know just how beautiful each garment is. It’s not only the cloud buttons, contrast drawstring band, lightweight cotton and fine knits. It’s the little details that makes the big difference. How the cardigan is cut, how it sits perfectly on her tiny wrist, how it embraces her shoulders and hangs beautifully over the full skirt, dancing around her summer tanned legs. It’s that sort of design that makes your heart skip a beat and other people will comment on how sweet she looks. She on the other hand, busy reading her favourite book whilst waking, or balancing on a brick wall (no, it’s not possible to walk in a simple straight line to walk from A to B), all she feels is comfortable.
We’ve known the brand since its early beginning but yet the designer surprises us every season. This time it’s the unusual colours, that just works so perfectly well.
Taken quality and design into consideration, Dundelina is surprisingly affordably priced, Sunshine knitted cardigan and reversible Hop & Skip skirt rrp £55 for the set.

EBBE stands for “extra beautiful basic equipment”, founded by father of three, Mikael Thors, who wanted to make comfortable essential styles for his children. Based just outside Malmö in Sweden there’s a clear inspiration from the Scandinavian nature; open fields and the never-ending blue sea. In addition to the good quality denim styles such as the dungarees, jeans and dresses, the stripes in the collection for Spring Summer is perfect for the coming holidays. It’s the season of stripes!
Ebbe, unisex children’s wear, is catering for newborn and children up to age 10 years. See more at ebbekids.se
Dundelina is one of those brand that creates gorgeous children’s design, that cease to amaze me on how it’s possible to transform season after season and yet stay within the designers characteristical playful style. The Spring Summer 2013 collection sees a wonderful colour palette, mixing warm yellow, burnt red with dusty pink and shades of melange grey. With the use of the softest cotton with careful attention to details, it’s just beautiful!
We met the head of design and founder Monica at the Norwegian kids Trade Show at Moteforum Oslo, last August, to see this collection. And we were totally swoon over the Dundelina, quirky and cute design for SS13!
