Although Hannah is super sweet, I must confess her fitness world is not for me. My motivation to stay active and healthy is as much about getting a daily dose of fresh air as it is to avoid a sagging bottom. So in other words, there will be no gym bunny or carb free diets here. We are more looking at brisk walks in Hampstead Heath, hopefully 2 – 3 days a week. But I wouldn’t mind having the below selection to choose from, to get me going!
