Norwegian designed slippers for kids and adults launches in the UK

Norwegian footwear designer, Astrid Andreassen, launched her own brand to bring the high standards of craft and quality expected of handmade shoes and the ideals of Scandinavian design to the humble slipper.

When choosing indoor shoes and slippers we tend to look for comfort. But A.Andreassen wanted to inject some style into our home footwear and launched a range of darling slippers.


A.Andreassen is a new Scandinavian lifestyle brand combining traditional crafts with contemporary design to to create simple, effective and elegant products. With an emphasis on natural materials, quality craft and simplicity, the products are things to treasure for much longer than a season.

The women’s range of slippers, called ‘Elsking’ which means darling in Norwegian, are made of soft leather. There is also a wool felt version available, which is extra cozy and warm.

‘Lille Elskling’ is Norwegian for little darling and what better name for a range of adorable children’s slippers? The collection of carefully crafted felt and leather slippers are the perfect stylish treat for your little one.
