Minions and Banana – High Summer Madness affecting kids fashion

We were thrilled to be invited to see the Minions, at a exclusive screening and press preview held at Electric Cinema in Notting Hill last Thursday, a night before the official UK launch. And we loved the film! So much that we wanted to take the Minions home with us!

Everyone enjoyed lingering in soft arm chairs and (like us) on plush sofa beds in the Electric, surrounded by soft toy versions of the Minions (big eyed, watching the film with us), sipping banana smoothie from tall glasses with Minions straw and had some more banana in-between the pop corn.

The film is highly entertaining and we definitely think it will influence the retail industry this summer!

We left the screening with a gift bag resulting in the coffee now being enjoyed from a Minion mug and we are walking around with an iPhone covered in Pantone official yellow…

Tatty Devine, a jewellery company based in the East End of London, have teamed up with The Minions to create a limited edition capsule collection that will be house in Selfridges in their Bellow Yellow Collection. The collection is to tie in with the The Minions movie, currently screened all over UK. Other brands too have cool accessories and styles to the ones are hooked; on Minions, banana and yellow!
