For the second time, the unique setting of Øksnehallen in Copenhagen will be hosting Defining Scandinavia, a different fair merging fashion and interior design.
“We have chosen to set Defining Scandinavia during the fashion week, meeting those of the buyers visiting both fairs, wanting to see interior design as well as fashion.” Jan Busch Carlsen, Defining Scandinavia

With a dedicated focus on showcasing and inspire with stylish, functional and value-adding solutions, Defining Scandinavia August 2013, challenges the genre of design and living.
“Our August 2013 focus will emphasise our tribute to those brave enough to challenge the pre-existent, seeing possibilities rather than limitations. Functionality is a global trend at the moment. This is something Scandinavian design has always known – it is the cornerstone that defines Scandinavia.” partner Laust Christian Poulsen.
Defining Scandinavia has secured the Danish interior design magazine RUM as its media partner and the leading style curators and editors will be playing an active part in the August fair. With a great line up of more than 100 leading design brands, including By Nord Copenhagen, LuckyBoySunday, OYOY Living Design and Louise Roe we are certain design lovers should all head to Øksneshallen in Copenhagen 8th to 11th of August, all days from 10-5pm.
