Mads Nørgaard, has had a lifetime in fashion, his Copenhagen based store selling adult clothes since 1986 and the danish designer then venturing into children’s fashion back in 2009. The coming Spring Summer 2012 was spotted over at CPH Kids last week, understated and slightly retro. Mads Nørgaard shows confidence and experience in his work with a natural approach to creating timeless designer wear for children. The designer himself was present at the fair and we think it’s such a pleasure to meet with the person behind the brand and styles, to hear the story and inspiration.
We love the simple styles for Autumn Winter 2011 too. Grandpa long sleeved tees for the boys, striped a line dresses, blocked coloured cardigans and denim.
I thought it was a strong collection too, I liked the peach coloured striped dress and the slightly retro feel to the collection.
