Danish quality shoes byKier

It’s not only established brands like Angulus and Bisgaard that spoil us with a fantastic range of footwear for our little ones.
Like Pom Pom byKier is also a newcomer as a danish brand within shoe design.

Behind the brand is the Danish designer Lone Kier who has 15 years experience as a shoe designer for famous shoes brands, like ECCO and Bundgaard but has since 2005 focused on developing the brand byKier. Lone is trained as a shoe designer at Cordwainers College in London.

byKier make designer shoes for children and tweens in sizes 19-41 in addition to their adult collection. byKier is sold directly from Denmark to the consumer which enables a lower retail price.
Their idea is that all children should be able to get trendy high quality shoes at reasonable prices. Why pay more than you have to and why drag you child from shop to shop to find the right shoes if you can do the shoe fitting and purchase in the comfort of your own home.
byKier is also environmentally concerned, ensuring that all shoes are produced with an awareness of the impacts on workers, communities and ecosystems.

  3. I’m also tempted to buy from byKier not only because of all the cool styles but also as I finally has found one shoe brand that understands that a 9 year old might wear 36-37 in shoes!
