Moonkids is a Swedish fashion design company, producing clothes for children 0y-12y. Initially Moonkids was inspired mainly by the 60’s and 70’s, which is still apparent in the up to 4 yearly collections they launch.
For AW10 they have three high fashion lines; Rock, Street and Preppy. The Preppy line is inspired by British preppy school uniforms as well as the Amercian preppy sports wear.
The Preppy style is truly in season. While I’m unsure about the look-a-like uniforms I quite like the checked pieces that could work very well with lot’s of other styles.
Warning: Moonkids claim they test all their clothing on real children! 😉
