Gudrun & Gudrun is a Faroese knitwear label founded by two women. The isolation of their home is closely linked to the creative process behind the designs, with delicate and feminine pieces created using traditional Faroese knitting techniques and yarn unique to the Faroe Islands.


The traditional collection with the characteristic star pattern is our most popular collection ever. The traditional styles are hand-knitted from 100 % organic Faroese wool which is neither dyed nor treated with any chemicals. Apart from the blue, the colours are the natural colours of the sheep.
