Emma Go shoes are designed in Denmark and handmade in Spain according to sustainable principles. So not only is the design super cool and comfortable to wear (no too high heels here!) but as they have been crafted according to fair trade principles you can also wear them with pride.
Emma Go was founded in Copenhagen in 2009 and the danish footwear brand has steadily grown a crowd of devote followers ever since. Each collection is rooted in the Danish design philosophy; focusing on quality, contemporary yet functional design. The striking part is the brands choice of colours and materials, influenced by cultural experiences, travels and music.
Emma Go makes beautiful shoes but also shoes you can wear comfortably and with good conscience. To achieve this each pair has been hand-made in Spain, near Alicante. This is a region known for a long standing tradition for the quality and craftsmanship with use of local suppliers. With the closeness of the production to the European market Emma Go reduces its CO2 footprint. There exists no sweatshops and the people making the shoes receives a fair salary and are all proud and experienced craftsmen – and women. The leathers used are also chrome free which is not only a relief for the environment but also for the feet wearing these shoes.
