Danish-Irish designer Maria Black launched her first collection MBJ in 2010 built on ambition and passion for precious metals with a fashion-forward approach to conceptual jewellery design. Maria was born in Copenhagen with a life-defining curiosity of world cultures that led her to travels from across Europe to Brazil and India. Her desire to create was sparked from the inspiration and beauty she found, leading her to discover and pursue her natural talent for jewellery design.

SOPHIE BILLE BRAHE
The Danish jewellery designer Sophie Bille Brahe creates Scandinavian minimalistic fine jewellery with a contemporary touch. The designer base her work on the Nordic design heritage and by using precious materials such as gold and stones she achieve some truly stunning pieces. Expect clean lines, typical for Scandinavian design.
The Copenhagen based fine jewellery designer graduated from London’s Royal College of Arts before starting up her brand, Sophie Bille Brahe. SOPHIE WALLGREN
Sophie Wallgren is a Swedish jewellery designer based in London. The values of the label is synonumous with the Scandinavian way of life; Simplicity, quality and longevity. The young and fresh design has been picked up by trends stores such as Urban Outfitters.
Sophie wanted a career change and left her secure job in business for studies at Central Saint Martins. Shortly after graduating from the jewellery design course Sophie founded her own label in 2015. Although the brand is based in London the designer continues to draw inspiration from her native Lapland, with it’s unique light and landscape.
