What to do if you catch the winter flu?

Feeling, cold, weak and tired? Body aches, throat is sore and tissue at the ready to catch next sneeze? Well, you might have noticed that it has been quiet from us as of lately…

Well, we’ve been knocked out of the famous winter flu. So what to do? Lots of water, lovingly brewed tea, made by your family and friends and just endless of sleep is the recipe for a quick recovery. Of course medical help can be needed, but usually flu is just battled with rest and not much more. But we are already on the mend. So business (and blog) will be back as usual in no time.
