And when we all thought it was Spring, snow and frost decided to reappear. To much joy of the children! The head at the girls primary were greeting us by the gate this morning, promising outdoor play in the snow later on.
And may I suggest, if you haven’t already a full schedule this afternoon, to head in to the City for ice skating at the Broadgate ice rink -which happens to still be open (we went iceskating yesterday). Check availability and session times online.
Situated in the Broadgate Circle, this stunning open-air amphitheatre is in its 27th year and is the only ice rink in the Square Mile. Experience the crisp tingle of winter air and take in the City surroundings at London’s very first outdoor ice rink until 24 February 2013. broadgate.co.uk
