A celebration of a constitution, signed the 17th of May 1814, securing freedom and peace for the Norwegian people. Celebrated in Norway and in all Norwegian communities around the world; parades with flag-waiving children, music, party food and children’s games. The 17th of May is also the official Children’s Day in Norway.
