Arrived yesterday, in a beautiful yellow harlequin patterned box, wrapped in a yellow harlequin patterned draw string bag with bright red strings -so gorgeous a pair of ballerinas in sophisticated black and white leather featuring two black kittens and details like an elastic strap for excellent fit and comfort and again with the yellow harlequin pattern inside to add to the feel of luxury. Little A couldn’t wait to put them on yesterday, on our way from School to ballet and upon arrival at the ballet studio the girls were all flocking around her asking her about the shoes. One thing is for sure, these shoes do stand out and are a proper head turner. And being comfortable and versatile as they can be teamed with anything from distressed jeans to a smart sophisticated outfit (my sister on Skype this morning said they reminded her about the Marc Jacobs mouse ballerinas and said by guessing she would think they would be Chanel shoes for children!).
