According to Norwegian traditions we are supposed to have at least 7 different kinds. This year we are planning on making Pepperkaker, Berlinerkranser, Sirupssnipper, Krumkaker, Serinakaker, Fattigmann og Julekake.
We started yesterday with Berlinerkranser, and will continue today with Serinakaker. And what’s fun with this is that the whole family can join in. I think Christmas cookies doesn’t need to be picture perfecet -as long as they taste yummy!
On my daily browse through the internet i found out that my blog friend in Norway Love Eat Pray had already started. Look at her fabulous and very inspirational Nordic Gingerbread village!
Have you started baking your Christmas Cookies yet?
1 cookie a day, very clever!
I will some muffins later… need a change 🙂

Dear Tone. Thank’s for the inspiration. I’m thinking of trying out doing the elks your way before moving on to the house(s). 🙂
Å kjære, så gøy da 🙂 Pepperkakehus er tradisjon, så det må vi bare ha. Veldig moro å lage også!
