Mary McCartney design t-shirts for Mini A Ture

Renowned photographer Mary McCartney (yes, Paul McCartney’s daughter) has designed two very sweet unisex t shirts for danish brand Mini A Ture, to support the Sunway Childrens Home, a small orphanage in India which Mini A Ture has supported since 2005. Mini A Ture is delighted to be collaborating with Mary McCartney this season, whose international profile will help to raise awareness of this worthy cause.

The t-shirts were launched by Mary herself at a private event in the Personal Shopping area at Selfridges a few months ago. The party was attended by Stella McCartney, Sharleen Spiteri, Bella Freud, Jasmine Guinness, Sinitta, Selfridges creative director Alannah Weston and a many more.

Mary’s designs use a combination of words and illustrations that she felt will project optimism, support and love to children. Furthermore, in line with Mary’s passionate stance on environmental issues, this season’s charity t-shirts have been made using organic cotton. There are two t-shirts in the collection, both of which are unisex and the age range is 1 month to 12 years with the positive and loving words and illustrations; “happy go Lucky” and “darling dearest honey sweetheart”

Also available at www.peaceandjam.co.uk £21.00
All proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will go directly to the charity. www.sunwaychildren.dk
